Imagina is a web-based storefront that offers unique quality goods such as clothing, school materials and collectible toys that allow audiences to showcase their fervent enthusiasm and nostalgia about established anime, manga, comics, animated sitcoms and video-game tales.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We may collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) and information about how our website is being accessed and used (“Usage Data).

When you access the website, we automatically collect the following Usage Data:

Your IP address may be associated with your location.  We do not otherwise obtain your location data.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Forms

All information submitted in contact forms that can be found in imagina-extraordinaire.ca is transmitted to Imagina service administrator through e-mail. Contact form data is to be utilized to resolve a customer care case and provide insights in terms customer service quality – this may include reporting, planning and other business actions.

Cookies

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information.

Our website does not use cookies.

Who we share your data with

Customer data collected by Imagina is to be shared only with internal leadership on a need-to-know basis with the goal of strategizing, planning, or deploying communication actions and also optimize internal efficiencies that may impact customer service quality. 

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both our Service Administrator and Shop Manager can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information such as your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
