1. Package Responsibility: Unfortunately, Imagina can’t take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit back to us.
2. Returns Shipping: If you’re returning a product, the sender covers the shipping fees. Gotta keep it fair for everyone!
3. Promo Deals: Products snagged on promo or with promo codes are final sale – no returns, just good vibes.
4. International Orders: International orders are also final sale. We’re keeping it consistent across the globe!
5. Customs Hold: Sometimes, customs can hold up shipments for a bit. Just a heads-up, in case of any delays.
6. Refund Time: Refunds are done within 15 busines days of us getting the item back.
7. Original Payment: We process refunds using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
8. Card Provider Time: Be patient – some card providers might need up to 30 days for the credit to show up on your account.
9. Refused Packages: If a package gets refused or ignored by you, we can’t give a refund for that.
